Affiliate Agreement

Program terms

You’ll earn an agreed sweet snoozing commission when a customer purchases from our website. We pay out affiliate commissions directly into your nominated account.

We offer a 15% sales commission on the total value of the sale excluding shipping. We pay commissions that are older than 30 days. In order to receive a payout for your referrals, you must register your bank account details with us. We do not allow referrals to be generated on your own purchases. We do not offer recurring referrals.

Here are a few examples of awesome promotional methods to earn more commission:

• Tell clients, customers or friends about us, and give them your affiliate referral link/ discount code.
• Write a review or a blog post about us and link to our site with your affiliate referral link/ discount code.
• Reach out to a broad audience with your social network accounts. Tweet about us on Twitter with your affiliate referral link/ discount code, post about us on Facebook with your affiliate referral link/ discount code, or communicate to your Linkedin followers about us with your affiliate referral link/ discount code. Spam-free promotion is a great way to get more referrals!
• Provide value to others by answering related questions on other sites with helpful responses, and using your affiliate referral link/ discount code in your replies.

Social Media and PPC

Let’s all play nice on social media and not tread on each others toes.

• You’re more than welcome (it’s the reason you are reading this) to promote your affiliate referral link/ discount codes on your own social channels. 
• Please don’t post your affiliate referral link on Kips social channels.
• Also, please don’t run social media ads using our trademarked company name or bid on trademarked terms (listed below).

The important stuff

By accepting these terms and conditions you are providing your nonlegal agreement to abide by them. By registering and being approved as an affiliate in our affiliate program you agree that your commissions are subject to approval before they are accepted and subsequently paid.

We may modify any of the terms and conditions in this Agreement at any time at. In such event, you will be notified by email. Modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the payment procedures and the program rules.
